Dr. Robles starts to scratch the surface with Kel & Mel about how we as a society have been misled to think that chronic poor health comes with age, bad luck, or bad genes. The biggest problem is that we were taught that we can simply medicate or supplement our way out of poor health, which couldn’t be farther from the truth. Drs are taught to look at the body by breaking it down into different systems and no one really taught him how to put it back together again in a practical way. In his postgraduate education he was able to effectively diagnose and communicate to his patients how their musculoskeletal problems were related directly to their lifestyle and dietary habits. Within a few years, he realized that the majority of health conditions, not just musculoskeletal, but most chronic problems…like thyroid problems, diabetes, migraines, autoimmune disorders, infertility, ADD/ADHD & Autism Spectrum Disorders, cancer and many more were unequivocally related to their dietary and lifestyle choices. Don't worry, this won't be the last we hear from him, stay tuned for future episodes as we dig deeper into other topics.
